What happens to the remaining credits if my package expires?
There are 2 different scenarios for this case.
- If you already submitted a ticket and your credits have been held prior to the expiration date, the credits that are held are still valid until your ticket is resolved.
- If there are credits in your account that have not been used or held for any tickets, these credits will expire with your package. However, to this scenario, you can purchase at least one package prior to your package expiration to extend the package duration and continue to use the remaining credits.
